Refund & Cancellation Policy

UpSkilliT Studio sells prepaid credits that are used to create AI songs. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals, so there is nothing to cancel — you only pay when you buy a credit pack.

1. Delivery

Studio is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Credits are added to your account immediately after a successful payment (usually within a minute) and are shown at the top of the Studio page. Songs are delivered on the website, where you can play and download them as MP3 files.

2. Failed songs — automatic credit refund

If a song cannot be created because of a technical problem, the credits used for it are returned to your account automatically. You don't need to ask.

3. When we refund your money

• Paid but no credits: if your payment succeeded but credits were not added, contact us with the payment ID — we will add the credits or refund the full amount.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Unused pack: you can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of that pack's credits have been used.

4. When we can't refund

• credits already used to create songs (each song uses our computing resources the moment it is made);
• expired credits, or packs bought more than 7 days ago;
• free welcome or gift credits (these have no cash value);
• accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service.

AI music is creative and varies every time. If a song didn't turn out the way you hoped, tell us — we may add goodwill credits so you can try again, though this is not a cash refund.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email jag@upskillit.com from the email address you sign in with, including the Razorpay payment ID (from your payment confirmation) and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

6. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it. Any credits from the refunded pack are removed from your account.
